Handling and storage guidelines
It is our policy to inform our customers how to correctly store and handle our products. Following those practices will help to prevent potential damages.
Handling
1 | Unpack products only at the application site. This will minimise frequency of product handling and prevent potential damages.

2 | Do not step directly onto the product. If walking on the product is required, cover it's surface with wood plank to spread out compression load. Prevent heavy traffic on the same piece of product.

3 | Protect both uninstalled and installed products from direct exposure to wet weather (eg. rain or snow).

Storage

| Roxul products should be stored in an unheated room or in an open area covered with a tarpaulin. Do not expose them directly to water (rain or snow) neither place them near the heat source. Do not store Roxul products in non-ventilated areas, such as containers or warehouses for long hours while they are fully wrapped with tarpaulin. High humidity and heat should not be trapped with the product. The recommended height of the stacking is as follows:-
